What Makes Cream of Rice a Good Carb Source?
Cream of Rice is a long-time favourite among athletes for good reason — it's a simple, easily digestible source of complex carbohydrates that won't sit heavy before a session or slow down recovery afterwards. RAW Nutrition's Cream of Rice Carb Powder is built on this same principle, delivering approximately 110–120 calories and 26g of wholefood carbs per serve, giving your body a clean source of fuel to top up glycogen stores around training.

How To Use
Add one scoop of RAW Nutrition Cream of Rice to a microwave-safe bowl with 90–150ml of water and stir to combine. Microwave for 60–90 seconds, then stir well. Return to the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully cooked through — it should end up with a completely smooth, porridge-like texture. Prefer it thicker? Use a little less water. Cream of Rice can also be prepared on the stovetop, and makes a great base for your own mix-ins any time of day.

Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
