Where do you ship from?
All ASN orders are shipped from our warehouse in Palmerston North, New Zealand.
We currently ship nationwide across New Zealand.

- Orders placed before 1pm on business days are dispatched the same day

If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t locate it, contact our support team and we will resend the tracking details.

Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.
