Shipping policy
We take great pride in processing your orders as quickly as possible throughout New Zealand! All orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm, it will be shipped first thing the following business day.
Once dispatched, your package is in the hands of NZ Post, New Zealand Couriers or Aramex. You can expect delivery within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
We currently ship only within New Zealand. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Estimates
Approximate delivery timeframes are listed below. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for rural addresses.
- North Island: 1–2 days
- South Island: 2-3 days

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please carefully check your delivery details before confirming your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over $100. For all other orders, shipping starts from $8. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking link. Simply click the link to view the live status of your parcel.
If your order has not been delivered, please check the tracking link first. For more detailed updates or assistance, contact the courier company directly.
Courier Damage
We rely on the care and professionalism of NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers to deliver your parcel in good condition. Please inspect your package before opening it.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately. All parcels are insured. Prompt reporting helps us resolve claims with the courier efficiently and ensures you’re covered.
