Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.

Customers praised this 600ml shaker for being "easy to use" with appealing colors and a handy carry loop. Most found it leak-proof with a tight seal. However, some noted the measurements are hard to read due to color matching, and several mentioned it lacks a mixing spring or ball, making it more of a cup than a true shaker.
They are nice shakers good size easy to hold and such I've got two of them and they work perfectly only had a slight issue with my oldest one which is around 8 months old and has seen fairly constant use so its seal has started to give way a bit and leak other than that an all around good shaker

Very easy to use shaker. I quite like the colour although in saying that the numbers on the side can be a little difficult to see.

the measuring sides are not see through to see how much liquid you have put in so makes it almost impossible to read the measurements as the writing is in the same colour as the bottle aswell and doesn't come with a spring to mix drinks properly

Overall experience was good. However shaker has nothing to mix the product inside? So it's just a cup and a lid. Not a shaker as such. Apart from that it's good and the lid is tight so no chance of spilling accidentally.
We appreciate the feedback Ferg! From our personal experience over the years we found that a mixing ball wasn't needed and was a pretty annoying. We always go water, powder and a really good shake and haven't had any mixing issues.✌️
