Nexus Flavoured Creatine Monohydrate
Nexus Flavoured Creatine Monohydrate delivers 3,000 mg of creatine monohydrate per 5 g scoop in a flavour you'll actually look forward to. If you've ever choked down gritty, unflavoured creatine in a glass of water, this is the fix — pharma-grade creatine with a crisp, sweet finish and zero sugar.
Why Choose Nexus Flavoured Creatine Monohydrate
- 3,000 mg creatine monohydrate per 5 g scoop: pharma-grade creatine, clearly dosed and clearly labelled.
- Flavoured creatine that tastes like a lolly: Pine Punch is crisp and tropical, Blue Sour Straps is sweet-sour candy.
- Zero sugar: 0 g of sugar and just 12 kJ per serve, sweetened with sucralose.
- Supports strength and power: creatine helps fuel the short, explosive efforts that drive training progress.
- Supports recovery between sets: faster ATP regeneration means more quality work in every session.
- 50 serves per tub: a 250 g tub covers close to two months of daily use.
- Drink it on its own: no need to hide it in a shake — water and a scoop is genuinely enjoyable.
What Is Creatine Monohydrate?
Creatine is a compound the body produces naturally and also draws from foods like red meat and fish. Around 95% of it is stored in skeletal muscle as phosphocreatine, where it sits ready as a rapid-access fuel reserve.
How It Works
During short, high-intensity efforts — a heavy set, a sprint, repeated jumps — muscles burn through adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in seconds. Phosphocreatine donates a phosphate group to regenerate that ATP, extending how long peak output can be held. Supplementing raises muscle creatine stores toward saturation, so more of that reserve is there when it counts.
Why Monohydrate?
Creatine monohydrate is the most extensively researched form available, with decades of evidence behind it across strength, power and body composition outcomes. Newer forms often carry a premium without matching that weight of research, which is why monohydrate remains the benchmark.
Why Flavoured?
Creatine only works if it's taken consistently, and the most common reason people stop is the taste and texture of unflavoured powder. Flavoured creatine solves an adherence problem: when the daily serve is something you look forward to, you're far more likely to still be taking it in month three. The trade-off is that flavour, food acids and sweetener take up part of the scoop, which is why each 5 g serve delivers 3,000 mg of creatine rather than a full 5 g.
Consistency Beats Timing
Creatine accumulates in muscle tissue over weeks rather than acting as an acute pre-workout hit. Taking it daily — rest days included — matters far more than the exact hour it's taken.
How To Use
Mix one 5 g scoop of Nexus Flavoured Creatine Monohydrate with 200–250 ml of cold water, or add it to your pre-workout or post-workout shake. Take one serve daily, including on non-training days, and keep overall fluid intake up while supplementing.
If you'd prefer a full 5 g of creatine per serve with no flavouring, Nexus Creatine Monohydrate is the unflavoured, single-ingredient option.
Contains sucralose. Packed in a facility that also produces products containing soy and milk. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
