Macro Mike Protein Indulgence Ball
Macro Mike Protein Indulgence Ball is a plant-based snack built like a confectionery product rather than a protein bar. A soft, nutty protein centre wraps around a creamy protein custard core, and the whole thing is enrobed in dairy-free chocolate. Each 40 g ball carries 7 g of plant protein and 4.5–6 g of fibre for under 190 calories.

What's Inside
Most protein snacks are a single compressed slab. These are built in three layers. The centre is a soft nut-and-protein base, wrapped around a custard core made with coconut milk powder, coconut MCT oil and cashews for a genuinely creamy middle. Over the top goes a dairy-free chocolate coating – milk-style on the Choc Brownie and Lamington, white on the Birthday Cake.
The protein comes from three sources: soy protein crisps for a bit of crunch, plus faba bean and almond protein in Macro Mike's own blend. There's no whey and no dairy anywhere in the formula.
The fibre content is the part that surprises people. Soluble tapioca fibre pushes each ball to between 4.5 g and 6 g of fibre, which is a meaningful share of a day's intake from a snack this size, and it's part of why they sit heavier than the calorie count suggests.
Worth being upfront about what this is: at 176–185 calories with 7 g of protein, it's a treat that happens to carry protein and fibre, not a post-training protein hit. Judged as an alternative to a chocolate bar rather than a shake, it stacks up well.
Choosing Your Flavour
Choc Brownie
Cocoa through the base and a dairy-free milk chocolate coating, with a coconut and cashew nut blend giving it a fudgy, brownie-like texture. 176 calories and 7 g protein.
Choc Coconut Lamington
Coconut through the centre with cocoa and a dairy-free chocolate coating – the closest thing in the range to a classic lamington. 183 calories, 7 g protein and the highest fibre of the three at 6 g.
Birthday Cake
Vanilla base under a dairy-free white chocolate coating, finished with hundreds and thousands. 185 calories and 7.1 g protein.
How To Use
Ready to eat straight from the wrapper – one ball is a single serve. They're shelf stable, so they travel well in a gym bag, work drawer or car without needing to be kept cold.
Good as an afternoon snack when something sweet is calling, as something to eat on the way home from training, or as a dessert-sized treat after dinner. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and the box of 12 works out cheaper per ball if a flavour becomes a regular.
Contains soy, almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts and hazelnuts. May contain Brazil nut, macadamia, pecan, pine nut, pistachio and walnut – the Choc Brownie may also contain sesame. Not suitable for anyone with a nut, soy or peanut allergy. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
