What Collagen Does
Collagen is the body's most abundant structural protein. Skin, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and bone are all built from it. That's what a collagen drink is genuinely useful for — connective tissue and joint comfort, skin, hair and nail support, gut support, and an easy way to top up total daily protein.
Being straight about it: collagen is a connective tissue protein, not a muscle-building one, and the 2 g of whey isolate here is a small addition rather than a full protein dose. If muscle growth is your main goal, whey protein or another complete protein should be your primary source. This sits alongside it.

Recommended Use
Mix one scoop (30 g) with 400 ml of cold water. Adjust the water to suit your taste. Take 1–2 serves per day.

Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
