What is CREA-8?

CREA-8 is a pure creatine monohydrate, which is a combination of three different amino acids: glycine, arginine, and methionine. Creatine is a naturally occurring, non-protein amino acid and is predominantly found in skeletal muscle.

Approximately two-thirds of intramuscular creatine is phosphocreatine, with the remaining being free creatine. The key function of creatine is to help create adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which provides the muscles with energy.

Recommended Use

Consume 5 grams of EHP Labs CREA-8 with 240ml of water, juice, or beverage of your choice. During the loading phase (first week of use), consume 10 grams of CREA-8 pre and post-workout with 240ml water.

Orders placed before 3 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm are shipped the next business day.

Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. North Island delivery typically takes 12–48 hours, South Island delivery takes 24–72 hours. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.

Free shipping on orders over NZ$100. Orders under NZ$100 start from NZ$7, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.

Returns & Refunds

Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.

Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
