Zombie Labs BLACKOUTZ Sleep Formula
Zombie Labs BLACKOUTZ Sleep Formula is a triple-phase nighttime formula designed for anyone whose mind won't switch off after a late training session, a high-stim pre-workout, or a stressful day. Rather than knocking you out, this sleep formula works with your body's own relaxation pathways — helping you fall asleep faster, sleep deeper, and wake up clear-headed rather than groggy.
Why Choose Zombie Labs BLACKOUTZ
- Deep, restorative sleep — 3 g of Glycine per serve to support slow-wave sleep and proper sleep architecture, not just unconsciousness
- Muscle relaxation and nervous system calm — 2 g of Magnesium Citrate to help ease muscular tension, paired with 1 g of Myo-Inositol to help quiet mental chatter
- Calms a racing mind — Passionflower, Lemon Balm, California Poppy and Chamomile support GABA activity to help ease restlessness before bed
- Smooth wind-down after high-stim days — L-Theanine and 5-HTP (via Griffonia seed extract) support calming neurotransmitter pathways without next-day grogginess
-
Formulated for natural sleep support — designed to help the body transition out of "fight mode" rather than sedate it
How BLACKOUTZ Works
BLACKOUTZ combines amino acids, calming botanicals and essential minerals to help guide the body from a wired, overstimulated state into deeper, more restorative sleep. Glycine is an amino acid studied for its role in supporting slow-wave sleep, the stage most closely linked with physical recovery. Magnesium plays a central role in muscle relaxation and nervous system regulation, which is why it's such a well-established addition to nighttime formulas, while Myo-Inositol works through neurotransmitter pathways associated with a calmer mental state.
Alongside these, BLACKOUTZ includes a blend of calming botanicals — Passionflower, Lemon Balm, California Poppy and Chamomile — traditionally used to support relaxation and ease restlessness. L-Theanine and 5-HTP (sourced from Griffonia seed extract) round out the formula, supporting a smoother wind-down after intense training or high-stimulant days, without the lingering fog some sleep aids leave behind.
How To Use
Mix one scoop of BLACKOUTZ with 250–350 mL of hot or cold water approximately one hour before bed.
Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. Do not use alongside other sedatives or serotonin-active medications. Not suitable for those under 15 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone operating heavy machinery.
