Understand Your Body's Fuel Source
Ketones are produced when your body shifts from burning carbohydrates to burning fat — a metabolic state known as ketosis. By regularly monitoring your ketone levels, you gain invaluable insight into whether your diet and lifestyle choices are keeping you in the metabolic state you're aiming for. The Vivoo Ketone Test makes this process simple, fast, and genuinely informative.
