How Does Switch Nutrition Sleep Work?
Sleep is built around three targeted blends. The Sleep Support Blend combines Tart Cherry Concentrate with Holy Basil and Griffonia (a natural source of 5-HTP) to promote deep, rejuvenating sleep and support nervous system relaxation, while Phosphatidylserine is included to support cognitive health and help manage cortisol levels. The Relax & Unwind Blend pairs L-Glycine for sleep quality with Myo-Inositol for mood stability and LactoSpore® to help ease symptoms of stress and anxiety. Finally, the ZMA+ Blend delivers Magnesium for muscle and nerve relaxation, Zinc for cognitive and immune function, Vitamin C for antioxidant support, and a trio of B Vitamins (B6, Folate and B12) that play a direct role in the body's natural melatonin production pathway – from converting tryptophan into 5-HTP, through to serotonin, and finally into melatonin itself.
How To Use

Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
