How to Use Switch Nutrition Hydrate Perform Sugar Free
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 10 g) with 400–600 ml of cold water and shake well. Consume before, during or after training, or throughout the day to support hydration and electrolyte balance.
Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. North Island delivery typically takes 12–48 hours, South Island delivery takes 24–72 hours. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
