In this formula, we have maxed out the three biggest factors that go into a pre-workout, that being… Pump, Energy, and Focus. A great pre-workout is built not on ingredients alone but on the synergy of ingredients and in my signature series Godzilla Pre-Workout, we’ve put together an absolute monster from every angle. This formula is so incredibly loaded, that a one-scoop, half-serving is plenty to deliver an incredible workout. Only advanced users should even dare take a full two-scoop serving to deliver a God-like workout experience.
- L-Citrulline: We pack a total of 11g of Citrulline per serving into Godzilla. L-Citrulline is a non-essential, non-protein amino acid that forms during the urea cycle and forms ornithine when combined with carbon dioxide. Research has shown that Citrulline supplementation can increase your resistance and endurance training by increasing blood Arginine levels (even better than Arginine supplementation itself). You can expect improved muscle endurance, more blood flow/circulation, decreased muscle soreness and less fatigue during training. In addition to the 9g of pure L-Citrulline, we also include 2g of NO3-T patented & university studied Citrulline Nitrate. Citrulline Nitrate works by bonding a molecule of l-citrulline to a molecule of nitrate. This delivers the same nitric oxide boosting pumps from the nitrate-nitrite pathway instead of JUST relying on the citrulline-arginine pathway. 2 pathways are better than one!
- VasoDrive-AP: VasoDrive-AP inhibits a particular enzyme that causes blood vessels to constrict the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). Recommended Use
Mix 1-2 scoops of RYSE Godzilla Pre-Workout with 295-355ml of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before exercise. Start with one scoop for the first week to assess your tolerance. Vary the amount of liquid to taste.

Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
