Our Intra-Workout formulation comes packed with 25 grams of highly branched cluster dextrin, a high-quality carb source that rapidly replenishes energy stores within the body without spiking blood sugar. In addition, it provides key performance ingredients such as magnesium, sodium, potassium, coconut water powder, and Himalayan pink salt that will assist with nutrient uptake, muscle hydration and maximum endurance helping you push every workout to its highest potential.
Recommended Use
Take one scoop of Raw Nutrition Intra Workout with 350-500ml of water during your workout. Because cyclic dextrin has a high molecular weight and low osmolarity, we recommend drinking more water with your carbohydrate intake to help with digestion. We recommend 500ml of fluid for every 2 scoops (25g of carbs) of Intra Workout.

Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
