Sodium is the dominant electrolyte lost in sweat and drives fluid regulation, potassium works alongside it to maintain fluid balance across cell membranes and support muscle contraction, and magnesium supports ATP production and muscle function. At 400mg of sodium per serve, the formula sits in the hypotonic range, meaning it's absorbed faster than blood plasma. How To Use
Add one serve (7g) to 500–750ml of water and mix well before consuming. Use before, during, or after exercise to support hydration and help replace electrolytes lost during training or physical activity. Do not exceed 4 servings per day.

Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.

Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
