Recommended Use

Adults: take 1 capsule with a 235 ml glass of water on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning before breakfast. On workout days, take 1 capsule 30–60 minutes before training. An optional second capsule may be taken early afternoon on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.

Contains 353.3 mg caffeine per capsule. Not suitable for those sensitive to caffeine, individuals under 18 years of age, or those who are pregnant or nursing. Contains tartrazine. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition or are taking prescription or over-the-counter medication.

Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. North Island delivery typically takes 12–48 hours, South Island delivery takes 24–72 hours. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.

Returns & Refunds

Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.

Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
