What's Inside
The protein here does real work. Soy protein isolate and faba bean protein build the base, with soy protein crisps folded through for texture, and the result lands at roughly 24 g of protein per 100 g. That's genuine protein bar territory rather than a snack with a protein claim attached.
Fat stays low, between 5 g and 7 g a bar, which is unusual for something with a chocolate coating. Soluble tapioca fibre does the heavy lifting on texture instead of added oils, and it takes each bar past 5 g of fibre in the process.
Sweetness comes from date syrup, brown rice syrup and agave alongside the dark chocolate coating, with steviol glycosides rounding it out. Coconut through the centre under the dark chocolate coating. 198 calories, 11.8 g protein and the lowest sugar of the range at 10.9 g.
Chocolate Birthday Cake
Vanilla-led with rainbow sprinkles coloured naturally using sweet potato, black carrot, carotene, paprika and turmeric. 192 calories, 12 g protein and the lowest fat at 5.2 g.

How To Use
Ready to eat straight from the wrapper – one bar is a single serve. They work well as a post-training snack when a shake isn't practical, as something to keep in a gym bag or desk drawer, or as an afternoon swap for a chocolate bar.
Store somewhere cool and dry, ideally between 16 °C and 20 °C. The chocolate coating will soften above that, so a hot car isn't the place for them.
Contains soy and cashew. The Peanut Chocolate Caramel Crunch also contains peanut. Milk, sesame and other tree nuts may be present; peanut may be present in the other three flavours. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.

Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
