What's In The Performance Support Matrix
Caffeine, 125 mg. Roughly what you'd get from a strong flat white. That's deliberate – this is built as a pre-workout you can take regularly without wrecking your sleep or building tolerance fast. If you're used to a 300 mg hit, this will feel light. If you've come off a heavy-stim pre-workout and want something you can use most days, that's exactly the point.
Creatine monohydrate, 3 g. The full daily maintenance dose most people need, folded into the pre-workout so training days are covered without a second product.
Citrulline, 2.5 g. An amino acid that feeds nitric oxide production, which is where the pump sensation comes from during a session.
Beta-alanine, 1.5 g. Supports muscular endurance by buffering acid build-up during sustained hard efforts. It's also what causes the tingling on your face and hands about 15 minutes in – harmless, and it fades as you get used to it.
L-tyrosine, 500 mg. An amino acid precursor to dopamine and noradrenaline, included for focus alongside the caffeine.
Taken together, this sits at the moderate end of the pre-workout market rather than the extreme end. The doses are sensible rather than maximal, and the caffeine is low enough to train in the evening without lying awake afterwards.
Choosing Your Flavour
Raspberry Mango Tango
Tart raspberry against sweet mango, coloured with beetroot and gardenia yellow extract.
Lychee Strawberry Crush
Floral lychee with strawberry through it – the lightest of the three.
Mixed Berry Soda
Mixed berry with a fizzy soft-drink character.
All three use the same formula and the same doses. Only the flavour and natural colouring differ.
How To Use
Add one serve, or 2 heaped scoops, to 400–500 ml of chilled water and mix well. Drink it 15–30 minutes before training.
Start with a half serve if you're sensitive to caffeine or new to pre-workout. Avoid taking it within about six hours of bed.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the bag sealed.
Stacks Well With
The creatine is already covered here on training days. For longer or higher-volume sessions, sipping an EAA or BCAA through the workout extends what this starts, and anyone chasing the fuller endurance dose used in the research can top up with standalone beta-alanine.
