What Are Electrolytes And Why Do They Matter?
Electrolytes are minerals that carry an electrical charge. They help your body manage fluid balance and keep your muscles and nerves working properly. Every time you sweat, you lose them, and sodium goes fastest: athletes can lose anywhere from 200mg to 1600mg of sodium per 900ml of sweat, averaging around 800mg. Plain water replaces the fluid but not the minerals. Each Ghost Hydration Stick delivers 150mg sodium, 375mg potassium, 117mg chloride, 83mg magnesium and 60mg calcium. These come from a mix of potassium, magnesium and sodium citrates plus Himalayan pink sea salt.
More Than Just Electrolytes
Ghost backs up that mineral base with a few extras. Taurine (1500mg) is an amino acid your body already makes, and it plays a role in maintaining electrolyte balance. Aquamin™ (500mg) is a seaweed-derived mineral source that adds naturally occurring calcium. PureWay-C™ pairs vitamin C with citrus bioflavonoids for better absorption. Senactiv® (50mg) is a botanical blend of Panax notoginseng root and rosehip fruit extracts, included to support energy and recovery.
How To Use
Empty one stick into 350–400ml of cold water or your drink of choice, then shake or stir. Use more or less liquid to suit your taste. Have one during or after exercise on training days, or any time through the day to top up your electrolytes.

Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.

Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.

Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
