Ghost Hydration: Key Ingredients
Electrolytes (150MG Sodium, 375MG Potassium, 117MG Chloride, 83MG Magnesium, 60MG Calcium)
After an intense workout, one of the most important things an athlete can do is to replenish electrolytes lost from sweat. Athletes can lose anywhere from 200-1600 mg of sodium per 2lbs of sweat, or an average of about 800 mg. Furthermore, although lost in smaller quantities during exercise, replenishing Potassium, Chloride, Magnesium, and Calcium should not be overlooked so we’ve added them to make sure you get all the benefits from Ghost Hydration.
PureWay-C™ (135MG)

Recommended Use
Mix each scoop of Ghost Hydration Electrolytes+ with 350-500ml of cold water or beverage of choice, and vary the amount of liquid to taste. Consume during or after exercise on training days or throughout the day as an electrolyte thirst quencher.

Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. North Island delivery typically takes 12–48 hours, South Island delivery takes 24–72 hours. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
