GAT Sport Pro Creatine
GAT Sport Nitraflex Pro Creatine delivers a full 5g of creatine monohydrate in capsule form, paired with a serious 250mg dose of SuperSodium™ electrolytes. No powder, no mixing, no taste to get past — just six capsules a day and your creatine and hydration support are both handled.
Creatine With Electrolytes Built In
Creatine works by drawing water into muscle cells, which is part of how it delivers that fuller, stronger feel. That process places a real demand on your fluid and electrolyte balance — and most creatine products ignore it entirely.
Nitraflex Pro Creatine addresses both sides at once. Alongside the 5g creatine dose sits SuperSodium™, a blend of pink Himalayan salt, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and sodium ascorbate delivering 250mg of sodium per serving. Sodium supports fluid balance and proper muscle contraction, so the electrolytes are doing genuine work rather than padding the label.

What's In Nitraflex Pro Creatine?
Creatine Monohydrate (5g) is the most researched supplement in sports nutrition and the benchmark for strength and power. Around 95% of the body's creatine is stored in muscle as phosphocreatine, where it drives ATP production — the energy your muscles draw on for short, maximal efforts. Supplementing daily raises those stores so more is available when you need it.
SuperSodium™ (250mg sodium) is GAT's trademarked electrolyte blend, combining pink Himalayan salt, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and sodium ascorbate. Sodium is the electrolyte lost in the greatest quantity through sweat, and it supports fluid balance, hydration status and muscle contraction throughout training.
Capsules, Powder Or Chews?
The creatine is the same 5g dose in all three formats. What differs is how it fits your day.
Capsules suit anyone who doesn't want to taste their creatine at all, or who already takes other capsules and would rather add to that routine than add another shake. The added electrolytes make this the strongest choice if you sweat heavily or train in heat.
Powder is the most economical option if you're already mixing a daily shake. Chews suit people who travel constantly or struggle with consistency. The best creatine is simply the one you'll take every day.
Who Is Nitraflex Pro Creatine For?
This suits lifters and athletes chasing strength, power and lean muscle who want their creatine handled without powder or flavour. It works well for beginners and experienced trainers alike, and the electrolyte content makes it particularly useful for anyone training in heat, sweating heavily, or running two sessions a day.
How To Use GAT Sport Nitraflex Pro Creatine
Take one serving (6 capsules) once per day with water. Timing is flexible — creatine works through saturation rather than an acute effect, so consistency matters far more than the hour you take it. Take it on training days and rest days alike, and maintain good hydration throughout the day. Store in a cool, dry place.
Servings: 30 (180 capsules, 6 capsules per serving)
GAT Sport Nitraflex Pro Creatine FAQs
How much creatine is in each serving?
Each serving of six capsules provides 5g of creatine monohydrate — the clinically studied dose shown to support strength, power and lean muscle.
When should I take it?
Any time of day. Creatine works by keeping muscle stores saturated, so taking it consistently matters far more than taking it at a particular time.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Taking one serving daily will saturate your muscle creatine stores over a few weeks without loading.
Do I need to cycle off creatine?
No. Creatine monohydrate is suitable for daily long-term use and doesn't need cycling.
Can I stack it with other supplements?
Yes. It stacks well with pre-workouts, protein powder, EAAs and hydration formulas. Avoid stacking it with other creatine products, so you don't exceed the recommended daily dose.
Why does it contain sodium?
Creatine draws water into muscle cells, which increases demand on your fluid and electrolyte balance. The SuperSodium™ blend supports hydration and muscle contraction alongside the creatine.
Are the capsules suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. The capsule is vegetable-based, with only magnesium stearate and silica alongside the active ingredients.
