How To Use
Take CON-CRET Creatine HCl Capsules 30 to 60 minutes before training with at least 180 ml of water or your drink of choice. They can be taken with or without food or protein.
- Normal training: take 1 capsule per 45 kg of body weight.
- Intense training: take 1 to 2 capsules per 45 kg of body weight.
- Post-workout and off days: take 1 capsule per 45 kg of body weight to support muscle recovery.

Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
