How to Use Basic Creatine
Mix one scoop (5g) of Basic Creatine with 250ml of cold water or beverage of your choosing. Shake or blend well and consume one serving per day. For best results, take shortly before or after your workout.
You can start taking creatine monohydrate with or without a loading phase:
- Loading Phase: 20g per day (split into 4 servings) for 5-7 days, followed by 3-5g daily for maintenance.
- Daily Use: 3-5g per day without a loading phase, taken consistently for long-term benefits.

Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
