Pumped Performance
L-Citrulline boosts blood flow and arginine levels, leading to increased vascularity and enhanced aerobic and anaerobic exercise performance. Its supplementation helps improve VO2 kinetics, thus reducing fatigue-induced by-products during exercise. Nitrosigine®, a patented ingredient, promotes nitric oxide production for improved blood flow, focus, and energy, enhancing workout performance and reducing muscle fatigue. Recommended Use
Mix one scoop of Pride with 180ml of cold water, or 2 scoops with 350ml of cold water in a shaker and consume immediately. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.

Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
