Nexus Creatine Monohydrate
Nexus Creatine Monohydrate is a pure, pharma-grade creatine powder built to do one job properly: keep your muscles saturated so you can train harder, for longer. Every 5 g serve is 100% creatine monohydrate — no fillers, no flavouring, no proprietary blends. It's unflavoured, so it disappears into water, juice, your pre-workout or a protein shake without changing the taste. Creatine remains the most researched supplement in sports nutrition, and this is the form the research is built on.
Why Choose Nexus Creatine Monohydrate
- 100% creatine monohydrate: a single-ingredient formula with nothing padding it out.
- Pharma-grade purity: manufactured to a pharmaceutical standard for consistency serve to serve.
- 5 g per serve: the standard research-backed daily dose, no measuring guesswork.
- Supports strength and power: helps fuel the short, explosive efforts that drive progress in the gym.
- Supports recovery between sets and sessions: faster ATP regeneration means more quality work per session.
- Supports muscle fullness: creatine draws water into muscle cells, contributing to that fuller look.
- Completely unflavoured: stacks into any drink without affecting taste.
What Is Creatine Monohydrate?
Creatine is a compound your body produces naturally and also absorbs from foods like red meat and fish. Roughly 95% of it is stored in skeletal muscle as phosphocreatine, where it acts as a rapid-access fuel reserve.
How It Works
During short, high-intensity efforts — a heavy set, a sprint, a burst of repeated jumps — your muscles burn through adenosine triphosphate (ATP) within seconds. Phosphocreatine donates a phosphate group to regenerate that ATP, extending how long you can hold peak output. Supplementing raises your muscle creatine stores toward saturation, which means more of that reserve available when you need it.
Why Monohydrate?
Creatine monohydrate is the most extensively studied form on the market, with decades of research behind it across strength, power and body composition outcomes. Newer forms tend to command a premium without a corresponding weight of evidence, which is why monohydrate remains the benchmark.
Consistency Beats Timing
Creatine works by accumulating in muscle tissue over time rather than through an acute pre-workout hit. Taking it daily — including on rest days — matters far more than the exact hour you take it. Most people reach saturation within three to four weeks at a standard daily dose.
How To Use
Mix one 5 g scoop of Nexus Creatine Monohydrate with 200–250 ml of water, or straight into your pre-workout, protein shake or beverage of choice. Consume shortly after mixing. Take one serve daily, including on non-training days, and keep your overall fluid intake up while supplementing.
Stacks Well With
- Nexus PER4M Pre-Workout — add creatine straight into your pre-workout serve for a single pre-training drink.
- Nexus Super Protein Water — a light, dairy-free collagen protein that mixes cleanly with unflavoured creatine post-session.
