MuscleSport Lean Whey Iso Hydro

MuscleSport Lean Whey Iso Hydro is built on a simple idea: a whey protein shouldn't just be protein. Crafted by the Supp Chef, it pairs a fast-digesting whey isolate and peptide blend with a Lean Muscle Matrix of added ingredients, so every scoop works harder towards a leaner physique rather than just topping up your protein count for the day.

Why Choose MuscleSport Lean Whey Iso Hydro?

• 25g Protein Per Scoop: Built on high-quality whey protein isolate and peptides for rapid digestion and absorption.
• Lean Muscle Matrix: L-Carnitine Tartrate, MCTs and CLA are added on top of the protein base to support metabolism and lean muscle goals.
• Added Fibre: Fibersol® Fiber supports digestive comfort, without the bloating some proteins bring on.
• Gourmet Flavour Range: An ever-changing lineup of dessert-inspired flavours, refreshed with new seasonal releases — most are gluten-free, so check the specific flavour label.
• Mixes Easily: Smooth in a shaker with water or milk, or blended with ice for a thicker, dessert-style shake.

What Do L-Carnitine, MCTs and CLA Add?

These three ingredients are what set Lean Whey Iso Hydro apart from a standard isolate. L-Carnitine Tartrate plays a role in how the body shuttles fatty acids into cells to be used for energy, which is why it's a common addition to lean nutrition formulas. MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) are a fast-use fat source that digests differently to longer-chain fats, and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is included to support lean muscle alongside the protein itself. Rather than stacking a separate metabolism product on top of your shake, Lean Whey Iso Hydro folds all three into the one scoop.

How To Use

Mix one scoop of MuscleSport Lean Whey Iso Hydro with 250–450ml of cold water or your beverage of choice. For the best flavour and a thicker, milkshake-style consistency, blend with ice.
