Above all, Grenade bottled protein shakes allow you to conveniently increase your protein intake for the day, no goal is too big.
Are Protein Shakes Good for Weight Loss?
Quite simply, in order to lose weight, you must consume fewer calories than you burn. Grenade Protein Shakes should be consumed as part of a healthy, balanced diet and alongside a regular exercise regime.
When should I consume a Grenade Protein Shake?
Grenade Protein Shakes can be consumed in between meals for additional protein in a convenient, great-tasting drink. They should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and it is not recommended to consume more than two shakes per day.
Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. North Island delivery typically takes 12–48 hours, South Island delivery takes 24–72 hours. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
