Formerly known as 'Grenade Carb-Killa Protein Bars', each bar is triple-layered and coated in either white or milk chocolate for the ultimate indulgence. These bars are low in sugar and carbs but high in protein and fiber, making them the perfect post-workout snack to help you recover and refuel. Grenade bars are made using a specially selected baking process, ensuring that every bar delivers exceptional taste and quality.

Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
All rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply.

The salted caramel flavour is by far the best protein bar on the market. Tastes just like a chocolate bar while still having 20grams of protein and 200 cals.
I went for the salted caramel. Very tasty. Makes for a great morning snack. Definitely recommend.

Great tasting, decent amount of protein...I am always in awe at the low sugar levels, higher in calories than Quest but these seem a lot more like a delicious treat. I have one as dessert.

I wasn't sure about these bars until I actually had one . The taist and texture is unlike any protein bar I've had from the supermarket. There great and packed with protein. When your on the go or just looking fir a sweet treat that doesn't blow the duet out the windows you have to have these on hand .
