What Is Pea Protein Powder?
Pea protein powder is made by isolating the protein from yellow split peas. It's the backbone of most quality plant-based protein powders for good reason: it contains all nine essential amino acids, digests easily, and is naturally high in lysine — an amino acid that plant-based diets can otherwise run short on.
Ghost uses pea protein concentrate at 75% protein by weight. Concentrate retains more of the fibre and micronutrients from the original pea than isolate does, which is part of why each serving of Ghost Vegan Protein carries dietary fibre alongside the protein.
Organic pumpkin seed protein makes up the rest of the blend at 70% protein by weight. It complements pea protein's amino acid spread and, just as importantly, softens the slightly grainy mouthfeel that pea protein can bring on its own. The result is a shake that behaves far more like a dairy protein than a plant one.
How To Use Ghost Vegan Protein
Mix one rounded scoop with 240–300 ml of cold water or plant milk and shake. Adjust the liquid up or down to hit the consistency and flavour strength you prefer.
Use it post-training to support recovery, first thing in the morning, or before bed. It also works well stirred through oats, blended into smoothies, or baked into pancakes, protein ice cream and slices. Use one to three servings daily depending on how much protein your diet needs to cover.

Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Aramex. North Island delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, South Island delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 start from $8, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.
Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
