Different colours of fruits and vegetables contain different kinds of phytochemicals – each with their own unique set of qualities. The major colours are red and green, not coincidentally located at opposite ends of the colour wheel.

Red fruits and vegetables tend to contain more anthocyanins, tannins, flavonoids, carotenoids, and stilbenes. Greens contain coumarins, phytosterols, and lignans as well as flavonoids. Broadly, these chemicals participate in anti-oxidation, lipid metabolism, and glucose metabolism.

Suggested Use

Mix one scoop of Proven Greens & Reds with approximately 500mls of cold water and consume daily. Adjust the amount of water used to suit your taste preference.

Orders placed before 3 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm are shipped the next business day.

Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. North Island delivery typically takes 12–48 hours, South Island delivery takes 24–72 hours. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.

Free shipping on orders over NZ$100. Orders under NZ$100 start from NZ$7, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.

Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.

Returns & Refunds

Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.

Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
