BCAA

Our Branched Chain Aminos (BCAA) are a 2:1:1 ratio of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine & L-Valine. This dosing ratio has been shown to prevent the breakdown of muscle during intense training.

EAA

While BCAA's are primarily beneficial for preventing muscle breakdown, EAA's (Essential Amino Acids) stimulate mTOR which in turn improves muscle protein synthesis.

Taurine

Taurine acts as a powerful antioxidant that reduces the oxidative stress of exercise & improves the bodies natural recovery response.

Organic Coconut Water

Organic Coconut Water is a natural source of b-complex vitamins & powerful electrolytes to help keep you hydrated during intense training & recovery.

ConcenTrace® AC

ConcenTrace® AC is a patented mineral complex carefully formulated with full-spectrum electrolytes & trace minerals. ConcenTrace® AC has been studied to improve recovery, hydration & immune health.

Recommended Use

Mix one serving (1 scoop) of Fresh Amino with 300-400ml of cold water or your favourite beverage and sip throughout your workout. To optimise hydration and overall health, mix additional servings in cold water and sip throughout the day.

Shipping

Orders placed before 3 pm (Mon–Fri) are packed and shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm are shipped the next business day.

Delivery is within New Zealand only via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. North Island delivery typically takes 12–48 hours, South Island delivery takes 24–72 hours. Please allow extra time for rural addresses or during busy periods.

Free shipping on orders over NZ$100. Orders under NZ$100 start from NZ$7, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Customers can follow delivery progress and should contact the courier directly for delays.

Inspect goods upon arrival and report any courier damage immediately.

Returns & Refunds

Contact ASN Online within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be unused and in their original condition.

Clearance items, sale items, gift cards, free gifts, short-expiry, and hardened products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are deducted from any refund.

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded; otherwise, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped for a full refund.

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, extra charges may apply to resend.
