Take one scoop of Raw Nutrition Intra Workout with 350-500ml of water during your workout. Due to the high molecular weight and low osmolarity of cyclic dextrins we do recommend you increase your water intake based off of your carbohydrate consumption from cyclic dextrin in order to easily digest. We recommend 500ml of fluid for every 2 scoops (25g of carbs) of Intra Workout.
