What is heat stabilised protein?
The main source of protein in this High Protein Hot Cocoa Mix is ProTherma® Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Concentrate which is a heat stabilised protein. This means that the protein has been designed specifically for mixing with high-temperature liquids.
Recommended Use
Mix each scoop (serving) of Ghost High Protein Hot Cocoa Mix with 200-400ml of hot water or milk. If you prefer your Hot Cocoa to be sweeter add less liquid and alternatively if you like it less sweet, you can add more.
