Ghost Vegan Protein:Mix one scoop with 250-350ml of cold water and consume post-workout. Adjust the amount of water to reach your desired consistency and flavour. You could also incorporate your vegan protein into breakfast, smoothies, or on its own as a snack. Use 1-3 times daily depending on your dietary requirements.
