SHIPPING & RETURNS

We pride ourselves on sending your orders as quickly as possible. If you place an order before 3pm (Monday – Friday) your order will be sent out on the same day. If not, it will be shipped out first thing the following day. From here your package is in the hands of the CourierPost. Generally you can expect your order to be at your door between 12-72 hours after you place it.

 

All orders received before 3pm on working days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the same day.

DELIVERY


We take great pride in processing your orders as quickly as possible! We pay to provide our customers with overnight North Island shipping and have an option for express South Island shipping. Please remember however that as soon as the parcel leaves ASN, it is no longer our responsibility to deliver this to you.

 

If you have any problems with delays or delivery, please contact CourierPost directly to ensure efficient delivery. Also please remember to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive after a Public Holiday or if you are in a rural location.

 

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses, please carefully check your delivery details before finalising your order.

Approximate Delivery times are listed below. Please allow an extra 12 – 48 Hours for rural deliveries.

 

North Island Delivery : 12 – 48 Hours
South Island Delivery : 24 – 72 Hours

 

Keep in mind that these delivery times are approximates given to us by CourierPost. Sometimes there can be unforeseen delays in your parcel reaching you.

DELIVERY OPTIONS


Express Shipping - Authority to leave

We LOVE super fast delivery. To do this, we use a non-signature required service for all deliveries. The courier will leave your package in a safe place so that you do not have to be home to receive the package. You can also specify where you would like the package left, i.e. front door, back door, letterbox in your order notes.

 

In the unlikely event a package goes missing or is damaged, the courier driver is not responsible and we will be unable to claim on any non-signature deliveries.

 

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please choose the given option for Signature Required. Select the “Express Shipping – Signature Required” method at checkout. This option costs just $5.99!

 

We will not be responsible for any lost/missing packages if the Signature Required option was not selected.

Express Shipping - Signature Required

Having a parcel disappear off the front doorstep is something we wouldn’t wish upon anyone but unfortunately it can happen.

 

To ensure a super safe delivery please select the signature required option we’ve provided. To do so, select the “Express Shipping – Signature Required” check box in the checkout. This option costs just $5.99! This means that the courier will leave a ‘Card to Call’ if you are not home to receive your package. Use the details on the ‘Card to Call’ to organise a re-delivery.

Free Shipping - Orders Over $180

Spend over $180 and we'll send your order for FREE! Your order will be sent on a non-signature required service and by selecting this option you agree to give CourierPost authority to leave your package. You can specify where you would like the package left in your order notes.

 

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please choose the given option for Signature Required. Select the “Express Shipping – Signature Required” method at checkout. This option costs just $5.99!

Priority Shipping - South Island

We know that once you’ve ordered some goodies from us, that you’ll want your package as soon as possible! Because of this, we’ve incorporated an option for Express South Island Shipping. Just select the “Express Shipping – South Island” click box at check out and it’ll be on its way pronto. This option costs just $12.99 and is delivered via CourierPost.

 

Please Note: this does not apply to the weekend and is not a Saturday delivery service.

Express Rural Shipping

If you live in a Rural Area, please select the Rural Shipping option. If this option is not selected unfortunately we are unable to dispatch your order until we have made contact with you to rectify this.

 

To save any delay, please ensure that you select this option. This will save time and allow us to ship your order immediately. The “Express Rural Shipping” option is available at the checkout for $5.99.

Express Shipping (Heavy Items)

We now offer subsidised heavy item shipping so that heavy orders (6KG+) are able to arrive safely and quickly. Everything else about this shipping option is the same as our Express Shipping - Authority to leave option. This meaning we use a non-signature required service for all deliveries. The courier will leave your package in a safe place so that you do not have to be home to receive the package. In your order notes you can also specify where you would like the package left, i.e. front door, back door, letterbox.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER


Your track and trace link is included in a shipping confirmation email sent by CourierPost. Simply click the link and you will be taken to the live tracking details. Please remember, after an item has been shipped, it can take 2-4 hours for the first scan to show up on the courier website. This means that your automated email sent by CourierPost may not show immediately after your order. Not to worry, this will arrive in your inbox in due time.

 

If your order has not been delivered, use the tracking details in your email to check the location. If you require more information please call CourierPost directly. Speaking with them directly will ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Courier Damage: Due to of the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of CourierPost to deliver your purchase to your door you must always inspect your package prior to opening. If the product is damaged, contact us immediately. This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly.

RETURNS


To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact us within 14 days from the date you made your purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Please note that all clearance products or products marked as defective or hardened are unable to be returned or refunded. Several other types of goods are also exempt from being returned. These include Gift cards and sale items.

 

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged or you were sent the incorrect product. If this is the case please email support@asn.co.nz and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Requirements: We will require your products to be sent back to ASN Online, 333 Church St, Palmerston North, New Zealand, 4410. Once your return is received and inspected, we will then go through the refund process.
